De beproefde methode in Engeland is om een van de koffieketens, b.v. Costa, binnen te lopen en daar een koffie te bestellen. Je krijgt dan een beker gloeiend hete koffie van ongeveer 0.4 liter. Zo heet dat, voor dat de koffie afgekoeld is, er een half uur voorbij is. Veel goede herinneringen borrelen op. Vanaf Newcastle weer met de bus naar de bootterminal.
